そして、それでも会社が成長を続けている、という話。Part One was about the shape of the work. This is about the time that shape leaves behind — and about how, even so, the company keeps growing.
家族と過ごす時間を持つ。
Time With Family
予定を詰め込まないこと。それは、人生の余白を保つということ。子どもと過ごせる時間は、二度と戻ってはきません。畑を早く終えて家に帰るのは、怠けているからではなく、そこに戻る理由があるからです。家族との物語は、番外編で詳しく書いています。
We choose not to fill every day. Keeping space in life is the whole point. The years with your children never return. Leaving the field early is not laziness; it is having somewhere worth going back to. The full story of our family is in the Extra chapter.

点線の月は、畑も人も眠る月。
忙しいから休めない、ではなく。休めるように、仕事のかたちをつくる。まるまる休むには、もう少し調整が必要です。それでも、休もうと思えば休める――そこまでは来ました。その余白から、古民家カフェも、新しいお茶も生まれています。
Not “too busy to rest” — instead, we shape the work so that rest is possible. Closing fully for both months still needs a little more tuning — but we have reached the point where we can rest when we choose to. From that space came a cafe, and teas we had never made before.
それでも、会社は成長を続けています。
And Still, We Grow
短く働き、よく休む。それで経営が痩せるわけではありません。悠三堂は、この働き方で成長を続けています。農業でも、しっかり利益は上げられる。それを証明することが、次の世代への一番の贈りものだと思っています。
We work less, and we rest more. Yet the business has not thinned; the company keeps on growing. Farming can be a living, and a good one. Proving that is the best gift we can leave the next generation.
何のための人生か。What is this life for?
