YUSANDO's tea-making journey began in Ujitawara-cho, a famous tea-producing area. We cultivated a small tea plantation without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and hand-picked all the tea leaves ourselves. The result is a matcha with mild bitterness and a refreshingly gentle flavor.
