Eight hours of sleep is a panacea

Recently, people I meet have often told me that I'm in a good mood. I believe that the most important thing is the state of mind, so when people say things like that to me, it makes me very happy.

Your mind is calm → Other people's minds are calm → Your mind is calm

Creating a calm mind and creating a circulation of positive emotions is becoming one of the themes of my blog. The first step is to start from your own heart. I think it is more important to be aware of "being" easily than to be aware of "doing" by forcing yourself.

When I'm tired, my emotions get agitated

When I first started organic farming, I worked like crazy almost every day. At the time, I was also working as a writer at night to support my family, so I was working without even sleeping. As a result, there was a period of one month out of the year when I just couldn't find the motivation to work. I felt heavy and tired, but I tried to force myself to work hard, but I just couldn't get rid of the fatigue. When my body became tired, the feeling of tiredness would stick to my mind, and I felt like I often became sulky.

Take a break and rest → Sleep as much as you want

Whenever I felt that I was getting too tired, I decided to take a break. It was fine to sleep as long as I wanted, but I thought it would be better to prevent my body from getting tired in the first place, so I took the plunge and changed my way of thinking to sleep as much as my body wanted, as much as I wanted every day. I was able to sleep soundly, sometimes for 10 hours, but usually around 8 hours, and I have been enjoying waking up refreshed every day. My mind has become much more stable since I started sleeping more consistently.

Sleep automatically regulates your body

I continue to go to bed at 9pm and wake up around 5am. My body has gotten to the point where it automatically adjusts the time I wake up to suit my physical condition. When I'm not feeling well, I automatically wake up slowly, around 7am. I believe that the body and mind are part of nature. Maybe one day we'll scientifically understand that sleep is how we automatically adjust.
