New habits create a new you.

To become a new you, you need to develop new habits.

It's been almost a month since I started writing my blog every morning. Writing a blog is becoming a new habit for me. My current blog is more of an inventory of my thoughts, but I'm still happy that I've started to write articles that are being read by a lot of people.

The power of habit formation, learned from my brilliant father

My father was an exceptionally gifted person in my family, and I still vividly remember a conversation I had with him when I was in elementary school.

When I asked him how to study, he told me that his grandfather had told him to sit at a desk and study for three hours every day, and that he had followed his father's example. Since then, I have followed my father's example and studied on my own for an hour every day, and I have been able to make it a habit.

I have experienced many times that when you can do something without even thinking about it, and it becomes a natural part of your life, you can become a new person.

The habits I'm following now

Since I started working as a freelance organic farmer, I've come to understand how important it is to form habits and discipline myself.


I don't have any special abilities, so I realized that the only way to improve myself is to keep working hard and steadily, so I'm still challenging myself to make various things into habits.

After I finish all my routine, I leave every day to take my daughter to school.

① Don't aim to continue.
② Even if you miss a day, try to continue the next day.
3) Don't rely on stubbornness and guts.
④ Think about what you can do to keep it fun.
⑤ Be aware that new habits create a new you.

Today is Setsubun and tomorrow is the beginning of a new year. I hope this will be a good opportunity to start new habits to become a new you.
