自然のこよみ

太陽の運行にしたがって一年を四つに分け、その中に二十四節気を重ねる ― 悠三堂の「自然のこよみ」です。数字ではなく、季節の巡りで時を捉える。それが、わたしたちの考える「自然経営」のかたちです。

We divide the year into four phases by the turning of the sun, the twenty-four solar terms nested within — Yusando's natural almanac. We measure time not by numbers, but by the turning of the seasons. This is what we mean by “natural management.”

四つの季 ― 農繁・成長・拡大・思考

一年は、四つの時季をめぐります。

• 農繁期（春分、夏至） ― 自然栽培に没頭する。
  Cultivation (spring equinox–summer solstice): immerse in natural farming.
• 成長期（夏至、秋分） ― 挑戦する。
  Growth (summer solstice–autumn equinox): take on new challenges.
• 拡大期（秋分、冬至） ― 広げる。
  Expansion (autumn equinox–winter solstice): reach outward.
• 思考期（冬至、春分） ― 休む、そして考える。
  Reflection (winter solstice–spring equinox): rest, and think.

二十四節気とともに

四つの季の中には、二十四節気が刻まれています。春分・清明・穀雨…と、半月ごとに移ろう季節の指標。畑の仕事も、暮らしのリズムも、この節気に合わせて静かに動いていきます。

Within the four phases, the twenty-four solar terms keep time — shifting every fortnight. Our work in the fields, and the rhythm of daily life, move quietly in step with them.

めぐり、また畑へ

没頭し、挑戦し、広げて、休む。そして、また畑へ。一年は、終わってまた始まる円環です。いまは夏至を過ぎたばかり ― 成長期のはじまりです。

Cultivate, grow, expand, rest — then begin again. The year is a circle that ends only to start anew. Right now, we have just passed the summer solstice — the season of growth begins.
