    I became a natural farmer and have been working on things following my intuition at Pippa. I started as a farmer, started tea ceremony, became a business owner, promoted agricultural welfare cooperation, and went on a business trip to America. I have been told that I am out of the ordinary as a normal natural farmer. I think that is because at some point I started to be aware that I am a Pippa alien.

    Work and family matters

    However, I was fortunate to become a manager in my 30s and was able to tackle the issues of work and mental health early on, which helped me realize the importance of family matters, which are on both ends of the spectrum from work. I feel that the happier my family is, the better my work will go.

    21st Century Samurai with Children

    During the tractor work and tea harvesting season, the children are at home, but I continue to bring my children to work as secretaries, as much as possible, in response to my wife's requests. Now that my eldest son and daughter have graduated, my second son, Sojiro, the third generation, is working as my secretary.
