A prayer for peace in the world and for people’s health.
We put that wish into our tea-making,
growing tea by natural farming, without fertiliser or pesticides.
Certified Organic JAS,
we keep choosing a way of farming that trusts nature’s own strength.
Based in a farmhouse over a hundred years old, together as a family.
With staff and interns from abroad,
and partners who join us through welfare-farming collaboration,
