Process
How trading works

Application
Tell us which products you would like to carry and how you plan to sell them (in-store, café service, online, etc.). Use the application form at the bottom of this page.

Review & Reply
We review your request and let you know whether we can trade. If needed we can arrange an online meeting via Google Meet or WhatsApp (Japanese or English).

Sample Order
Naturally grown matcha differs greatly from conventional matcha in taste, aroma and colour. For first orders we generally ask you to try a sample ($20 plus shipping). Depending on your experience and order, we can also discuss proceeding without a sample.

Order & Shipping
Send your purchase order by email or through the form. After payment is confirmed and stock is checked, we usually ship within 5–10 business days.

Payment methods
Bank transfer / credit card / Wise / PayPal.
Invoices are sent as PDF.
First orders
First orders are prepaid. Transfer fees are borne by the buyer.
Shipping
Domestic: parcel delivery. International: EMS or DHL. We ship from Osaka.
Lead time & minimum order
Within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed. Minimum order quantity varies by product (as a guide, small lots of about 1–3 kg per order).
Certification
Our tea fields are Organic JAS certified (since 2018). The stone-milling process is not yet certified, so if you need organic labelling we can introduce a certified manufacturer.
Supply
As a small family farm, our annual harvest is limited. We recommend discussing an annual contract.

Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
At present we handle small lots of about 1–3 kg per order. It may vary by product, so please ask for details.
Do you have organic certification?
Our tea fields are certified under Japan’s Organic JAS. The stone-milling process is not yet certified. If you need organic labelling, we can introduce a certified manufacturer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping via EMS and similar services is available. Where possible, we prefer shipping within Japan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card, Wise and PayPal. First orders are prepaid.
What is the shelf life?
About 6–12 months when stored properly in a cool, dark place.
Can I return or get a refund?
As this is a food product, returns and refunds are not accepted after shipment. Only in the case of damage in transit will we respond, on receipt of photos.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed. Timing may vary with stock.
