3. How to brew delicious coffee

1. Water temperature: Use water at 70-80°C.
2. Amount of tea leaves: Place one teaspoon (about 1.5g) into a matcha bowl.
3. How to whisk: Sift the matcha into the mixture, then add hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until it becomes smooth in texture.
