    Eight hours of sleep is a panacea

    I continue to go to bed at 9pm and wake up around 5am. My body has become able to automatically adjust the time I wake up to suit my physical condition. When I'm not feeling well, I wake up slowly, around 7am. I believe that the body and mind are part of nature.
