This roasted green tea is made at the Yusandou factory using a kamairicha base.
The tea leaves are harvested from summer to autumn, and all processes from harvesting to roasting are handled by Yusandou .
By roasting the tea in a way that makes the most of the lightness that is unique to kamairi tea,
Compared to Houjiro Hojicha, it has a softer, milder flavor .
Each tea bag contains 4g of roasted green tea, making it perfect for everyday use and easy to enjoy with your daily meals or during breaks.

It has a fragrant aroma but is not harsh, and has a mellow and gentle taste.
It has little bitterness or unpleasant flavors, so it can be enjoyed with food or on its own.

→ How to Brew

■ When brewing in a cup or teapot <br>Put one tea bag (4g) in a cup or teapot,
Pour 150-200ml of hot water at around 95°C and let it steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Even in a short time, the aroma rises and you can taste a gentle sweetness.

■ When boiling in a kettle (2 liters)
Add 1-2 tea bags (4g x 1-2) to 2 liters of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes .
Let it cool and then chill in the refrigerator to allow the aroma to spread more gently.

■ Cup / Teapot
Place one 4g tea bag in a cup or teapot.
Pour 150–200ml of hot water at around 95°C and steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

■ Boiling (2 liters)
Add 1–2 tea bags (4g each) to 2 liters of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 5–10 minutes .
Let it cool for a smooth hot tea, or chill for a refreshing cold brew.
