[Assessment of good tea]
I went to a tea market in Kyoto for a study session just before the second exam to become a Japanese tea instructor.
Three hours of tea appraisal for the first time. You taught me how to judge tea that I didn't know until now.
Secondary exam at the beginning of next month.
I want to go to a workshop this year so that I can convey the wonders of natural farm tea even more😊
