Help with tea harvesting in Minamiyamashiro Village.
I am studying tea making with help at a tea farmer who has been making tea for over 50 years.
Only half a year training and annual help. For those of us who have been self-taught, this week has been a fresh learning experience. Talking about fertilizers and pesticides, listening to them, how to identify and mow tea, and how to make tea. It's all about helping us make our own tea.
It's been another week since I've been able to talk with the people around me. We will also participate in Team Yusando and learn the essence of Uji tea.
