Being selfish with love - learning from the way cancer heals naturally

I've been writing on note/blog for about a month now, and I've been able to take stock of my own feelings. As I've continued writing, I've become more aware of the big theme of life for me. My father was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 54, and my mother was diagnosed at the age of 65, and at the time, it was stage 4 terminal cancer.
An opportunity to think deeply about how to live
My mother is still in good health, but the average age at which my parents were diagnosed with cancer was about 60. The fact that my parents, who lived righteous lives and tried their best to live, are far short of the average life expectancy of Japanese people gave me the opportunity to think deeply about my own way of life and my way of thinking.
How to heal cancer naturally
After my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer, I happened to come across a book called "How to Heal Cancer Naturally." I read through it and gave it to my mother, and the contents were very good, so if you are interested, please read it.
Analyzing more than 1,000 medical papers reporting "dramatic remission" cases,
Over 100 people in remission and those undergoing treatment were interviewed in 10 countries around the world, including Japan. As a result, people who experienced spontaneous cancer healing had nine common practices. The author explains each of the nine practices based on the stories of people who have actually experienced spontaneous healing. Specific practice methods are also described in each chapter.
Common practice items among people who have healed cancer naturally.
1. Radical change in diet 2. Decide on your own treatment
3. Follow your intuition
4. Use herbs and supplements
5. Release repressed emotions
⑥ Live more positively
7. Accept support from those around you
8. Deeply connect with your soul
9. Having a reason to live: How to heal cancer naturally/Kelly Turner
What was interesting was that all of the advice except for "① drastically change your diet" and "④ use herbs and supplements" stem from the way people live their lives.
② Decide your own treatment ③ Follow your intuition ⑤ Release repressed emotions
⑥ Live more positively
7. Accept support from those around you
8. Deeply connect with your soul
9. Have a reason to live
A lifestyle that cures cancer is a lifestyle that does not cause cancer.
Natural healing means suppressing cancer cells through the body's own immune system. A way of life that cures cancer is a way of life that does not cause cancer. Let's briefly summarize ②-⑨ and think about a way of life that does not cause cancer.
⑧ Deeply connect with your soul, ⑨ Don't lose sight of the meaning of your life, ③ Follow your intuition, ⑦ Be grateful for the support of those around you, and ⑥ Live positively.
Maybe being a good kid or a nice guy isn't enough
If we get too caught up in human society, we tend to lose sight of our own souls and intuition. If we're not careful, the meaning of our own lives can be overwritten by the meaning of someone else's life. If we try too hard, we can lose sight of the feelings of those around us. Our motivation to live positively can become exhausting, our bodies and minds tired.
With love and selfishness
I've been trained and disciplined to be called a good kid, but when I look at it from the perspective of "living a cancer-free life," I no longer think that it's "right." I can't help but think that it would be better to live "with love," "selfishly," and "I will only hurt you."
If you just keep yelling "It's hard, it's hard, it's hard" your heart will only get more wrinkles, so let's dance happily
With love and selfishness, I will not hurt you alone Even if the sun freezes over, it's just you and me, please don't disappear
Because it's now, because I love you, don't give up and live your life Even if someone else's blood flows, I'll brandish my sincere feelings With love, selfishly, I won't hurt you alone / B'z
What should I do? I can't use the contents of the lesson at a time like this. It's tough. Life is quite difficult. Teacher, I'm in love.
