Family at the centre, with staff from abroad, interns and partners from welfare workshops. Rather than carrying everything alone, we hand tasks to whoever is good at them.

Farming with welfare workshops
Working with welfare workshops solved our long-standing shortage of hands. There is work that everyone can do at their own pace.
Interns and farm helpers
We welcome people from Japan and abroad who come to learn. Teaching makes us look again at how we do things.
Direct sales and online
Straight to the drinker, without wholesalers. We decide the price and the way we make it.
Outside partnerships
Partnering with Riverside Tea Factory since 2025. Not doing everything ourselves, but sharing with partners.
