Four Children, Ten Years
4 Children · 10 Years
僕は、4人の子どもの父親です。この10年間、我が家は産休と育休を繰り返してきました。仕事のかたちを変え続けなければ、農業も家族も、続けられませんでした。
I am a father of four. For ten years, our family has moved through one maternity and parental leave after another. Unless we kept reshaping the work itself, neither the farm nor the family could have continued.
困難を、創造で乗り越える。
Creative Evolution
「このままでは、続けられない」。その度に、新しいやり方を生み出してきました。困難を、創造で乗り越えること。クリエイティブエボリューションこそ、命の本質だと思っています。
“We cannot go on like this.” Each time we thought so, we created a new way through. Overcoming difficulty through creation — creative evolution is the essence of life.

As the children grow, we create new things we can do together — the rice-field club, welcoming interns, selling tea side by side. The work becomes a place where the family grows up.

As the company grows, we grow its culture too: the way of natural tea, the Yusando tea-ceremony club, and the craft tools of tea. Not efficiency — culture is what gives us the strength to continue.
難しいから、面白い。Hard is where it gets interesting.
受け入れて、引き寄せる。Accept it, and draw it in.
