1. Inquiry
Let us know the products you would like to carry and how you plan to sell them.
2. Review & Approval
We will review your proposal and contact you with our decision. If needed, we can arrange an online meeting via WhatsApp or Google Meet. Japanese and English are both available.
3. Sample Order
Because naturally cultivated matcha differs significantly in taste, aroma, and color from other matcha, a sample purchase is generally required for first-time partners. Depending on your experience and order plan, we may be able to proceed without a sample.

📖 FAQ
Q1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A. Currently, we can handle small lots of approximately 1–3 kg per order. MOQ may vary by product, so please contact us for details.
Q2. Do you have organic certification?
A. Our tea fields are certified under Organic JAS, but the stone-milling process is not yet certified. If organic labeling is required, we can introduce you to certified manufacturers.
Q3. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, international shipping via EMS is available. However, we prefer domestic shipping if possible.
Q4. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept bank transfer, credit card, Wise, and PayPal. First-time orders require advance payment.
Q5. What is the shelf life?
A. Approximately 6–12 months when stored properly in a cool, dark place.
Q6. Can I return or get a refund?
A. As this is a food product, returns and refunds are not accepted after shipment. We will only respond to damage during delivery with photo confirmation.
Q7. How long does delivery take?
A. We typically ship within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Timing may vary depending on stock availability.
📋 Terms and Conditions
1. Cultivation Method
Our matcha is grown through natural cultivation, completely free from pesticides and fertilizers. Please note that its color and aroma differ significantly from conventional matcha made with large amounts of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers.
2. Organic Certification
Our tea fields are certified under the Japanese Organic JAS standard. However, the stone-milling process we currently use does not have organic certification. If you wish to label the product as "Organic JAS", please find a certified company that can handle the stone-milling process.
3. Availability and Quantity
Due to the current global shortage of matcha, we are receiving a large number of orders. Please understand that it is difficult to secure a stable supply throughout the year. At present, we can ship in small lots of 1–3 kg per order.
4. Export Documents
As we are tea farmers, preparing all export-related documents can sometimes be challenging. We can issue the following documents:
- Certificate of Origin
- Organic JAS Certificate
- Shipping Certificate
However, we do not have a metal detector, so we cannot provide a metal detection certificate.
5. Shipping
Direct international shipping is possible. However, if possible, we would prefer to ship within Japan.
6. Payment Terms
Payment should be made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal before shipment. All transfer fees are to be covered by the buyer.
7. Quality & Storage
As our tea is naturally grown, the color, aroma, and flavor may vary slightly depending on the season and weather conditions. Please store matcha in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life is around 6–12 months under proper storage.
8. Refund Policy
As this is a food product, returns and refunds are not accepted after shipment. In case of any damage during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos for confirmation.
